1. Where is my order confirmation?
- You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
- If it doesn’t appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Still can’t find it? Email us at info@mikebliss.shop, and we’ll resend it.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most locations within the United States using trusted delivery partners.
3. How much is shipping?
We charge a flat $6 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of quantity or destination within the United States.
4. How long does delivery take?
Our total estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days, which includes both processing and transit time.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by emailing us at info@mikebliss.shop. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
6. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address please email us in 24 hours with your order number.
- Important: Once shipped, we cannot guarantee the carrier will be able to change the delivery address, and you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are:
- Unused, unworn, uncut, and in original condition with packaging.
- Not listed as final sale or custom/engraved.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost; if it’s due to a customer’s mistake, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
8. What if my order is lost in transit?
If you think your package is lost, contact us with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
9. Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Currently, we do not offer customized or personalized handbags.
10. Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Changes may be possible if your order hasn’t shipped. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
11. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, We occasionally run special promotions and discounts.
